Jorge Aulicino (b. Buenos Aires, 1949) is a cultural journalist and worked for more than 30 years at Clarín the main Argentinian newspaper. He was a member of the cultural magazines El juguete rabioso and Diario de Poesía. To date he has published a great number of influential poetry books, the first in 1971 and the latest in 2012. As a translator specializing in Italian poetry he has published translations of Eugenio Montale, Valerio Magrelli and Rodolfo Wilcock, Also Robin Hood y otros poemas of John Keats (Buenos Aires, Selecciones de Amadeo Mandarino) and Rimas of Guido Cavalcanti (Buenos Aires, Selecciones de Amadeo Mandarino, 2006) and El Infierno (Divina Comedia) (Buenos Aires, Gog y Magog, 2011).
