We are pleased to see the publication of the Polish translation of Manon Steffan Ros' novel, Llyfr Glas Nebo, published recently by Pauza. The novel was translated into Polish by Marta Listewnik, who has also translated Caradog Pritchard's classic novel, Un Nos Ola Leuad (One Moonlit Night) and John Elwyn Jones' memoir, Pum Cynnig i Gymro.

Marta also participated in two of our sessions this year as part of the National Eisteddfod's online programme. The first session, 'Darllen y Byd' (Reading the World) involved readers of 10 different languages, presenting children's and YA books that they would like to see translated into Welsh. A special session was organised for the Advent programme, 'Darllen y Dolig' (Reading Christmas), in which readers and Welsh publishers shared their favourite Christmas books for children from their respective languages.

The translation was supported by our Translation Grants Fund, which is open to publishers seeking to translate literature from Wales.
