This week we were pleased to receive two new translations that were aided by our Translation Grants Fund.

Eluned Gramich’s Woman who Brings the Rain has been translated into Arabic by Abeldehim Youssef Ramadan and published by Sefsafa Publishing in Egypt.

Cove by Cynan Jones has been published by Joelle Losfeld Editions and translated into French by Mona Pracontal.

Both titles were chosen to our Bookcase in 2016 and 2017 respectively. Our Bookcase showcases a selection of books from Wales that we recommend for translation. To view this year’s Bookcase, click here.
