- signed contract between the applicant publisher and the translator
- a copy of a sample translation (10 pp of prose text or poetry – in case of very short poems please submit 15 pp)
- a copy of the original text translated for the sample
- Translation samples may be assessed anonymously. Please remove the translator's name, publisher name and any other identifying information from the submitted sample
- the translator's curriculum vitae
- applicant publisher's digital catalogue or list of publications
Incomplete form and/or application missing documents will not be considered. Please get all submissions in by December 14th.
