Gruffudd ab Owain, from Bala founded the cycling website and blog Y Ddwy Olwyn in 2018. He is a freelance writer and a pianist. At the time of writing this volume, he was studying at Sciences Po Menton in the south of France, aspart of his degree at University College London. Yn Ei Dro is his first book.
