Liam Higginson

Liam Higginson

Liam Higginson was born and raised in rural north Wales. Before turning to fiction he worked as an accountant, helped run a bed-and-breakfast in a French watermill and did administrative work for the chief executive of a large consultancy; he now works with his wife at Llandudno Pier. His debut, The Hill in the Dark Grove, arrived with endorsements from Ian McGuire, Paul Tremblay, Clare Fuller and Kiran Millwood Hargrave, was reprinted within its first month, and is being developed for film. Joshua Jones has called him 'a new talent in Welsh storytelling'.
