The work of R.S. Thomas will be promoted by publisher Les Hauts-fonds at Marché de la poésie, Paris this week to celebrate the publication of Qui? a selection of works by R.S. Thomas in French translation.

Translated by Marie-Thérèse Castay, Paol Keineg and Jean-Yves Le Disez and published by Les Hauts-fonds, the volume is supported by a Wales Literature Exchange Translation Grant.

Marché de la poésie is held this year between 10-14 of June. For over thirty years, the marché gathers over 500 poets and publishers together in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés.

While the unique poetry market attracted over 50,000 visitors in 2014, other events such as meetings, readings, round table debates and concerts are also held.
