Mared Roberts is a writer and translator from Cei Newydd, now based in Paris. She won the Drama Medal at the Urdd National Eisteddfod in 2019. Her short story, ‘Media Naranja’, was shortlisted for the Bridport Prize in 2022. Tami was her first novel in the Welsh-language and The Five is her debut novel in English.
